As a Food and Beverage Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the bar and beverage areas. Your primary duties will include:

• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Mixing and serving beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Providing recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their preferences.
• Handling cash and processing payments.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
• Ensuring compliance with all alcohol service regulations and company policies.
• Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic bartending techniques and drink recipes is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a focus on providing exceptional Customer Service.
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications for alcohol service in your location.
