Beverage Cart Server

This position is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience through various points of contact, food & beverage sales, and Golfer Services duties. This position is for a causal full-time position with an average work week consisting of 8-40 hours.

Responsibilities

• Selling food & beverage in a dynamic work environment
• Stocking and restocking Beverage Cart
• Driving Beverage Cart responsibly, not interfering with game play
• Conflict resolution with customers
• Ensuring the policies of the facility are executed daily
• Providing program and policy details to guests
• Follow health and safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills
• Ability to perform critical job tasks under pressure
• Ability and willingness to always present a professional appearance and demeanor
• Familiarity with basic computer functions
• Flexible availability (both AM and PM)
• Basic golf knowledge
• AGLC Pro Serve Certification
• Class 5 or equivalent driver’s license

Qualifications

• 1-3 years with a major golf, service or hospitality operation experience would be an asset
• Computer proficiency in particular MS office and POS software programs an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be a committed, career minded, details orientated team player
• Physical Strength- ability to stand/walk/bend/push/pull for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs

• Hourly Wage: $16.00-18.00 + Tips
