Our Global Support and PA&A Supply chain Data and Analytics team is looking for a BI Developer and Data Specialist with experience in data analysis, reporting and visualization. We are looking for someone who is passionate about analysis and data, curious, and resourceful to support our teams. Your sense of initiative and innovation will lead you to carry in-depth analyses, develop performance indicators and dashboards to better understand our cost drivers and KPIs.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Define performance indicators and develop tools such as dashboards, visualizations, and reports to make information relevant to decisions accessible.
  • Perform data validations and tests, participate in UAT exercises.
  • Set up automation routines for recurring requests.
  • Collaborate with different teams across the organization and support them in terms of analysis and interpretation of data and results.
  • Interpret trends, synthesize information, identify, and present insights, suggest areas for improvement.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Experience with SQL database environments and its language.
  • Knowledge of data science and programming language (Python, R) is an asset.
  • Knowledge of analytical platforms (Knime, DataIku, Alteryx…) is an asset.
  • Ability to connect the dots and tell stories using data.
  • Experience building or using dashboards (data import, modelling, visualization).
  • Knowledge of PowerBI or other visualization software (Tableau/Looker) is an asset.
  • Experience in agile methodology, backlog management and tools such as JIRA and Confluence is an asset.
  • Highly motivated to work in an open team environment, demonstrating a collaborative approach, continuous improvement, and innovation.
