As a Bilingual Insurance Account Manager, internally referred to as a Client Solutions Manager, you will work directly with our commercial clients for Gallagher Select team, which is the small business segment to deliver the excellent customer service Gallagher is well known for. This means you will be managing an existing portfolio of clients – driving the renewal cycle, handling day-to-day policy updates, collaborating with insurers and marketing policies as the need arises.

How You Will Impact the Business

• Supporting a designated portfolio of Commercial clients, leading business retention and continually building upon customer relationships.
• Review accounts at renewal, taking the vital steps in placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when required, and adhering to the binding authority set out by carriers.
• Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining a quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, and working with Account Executives in binding the client.
• Consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge, staying ahead of new products and policy updates.
• Work with Account Executives on cross-selling opportunities and accessing resources within Gallagher.

• High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of related experience
• New Brunswick level 2 license or higher, comprehension of insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks.
• French business fluency is required.
• Experience using EPIC a definite asset
