Billing Coordinator

Hemlock Harling Distribution is a rapidly growing company specializing in mail processing, digital print production, E-Commerce order fulfillment and third-party distribution solutions to a diverse range of clients throughout North America. We are an equal partnership of Hemlock Printers, a recognized North American print industry leader based in Burnaby, BC, and Harling Direct, a prominent postal services and fulfillment provider with operations located in Montreal. POSITION OVERVIEW

The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for issuing invoices for clients and will provide administrative support to other areas of our operation. The candidate will possess a strong knowledge of accounting and calculations along with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

This role is responsible for processing job analysis, ensuring adherence to appropriate legislation, participating in invoicing process improvements and gaining insight from general business practice. The successful candidate will be well organized, positive, energetic, focused on detail and able to perform within a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years’ experience of a related billing or accounting role
• Reconciliation and problem-solving capabilities
• Solid understanding of PST, GST & HST
• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines

Salary: $43,000.00-$48,960.00 per year
