The company operates in British Columbia under the Eagle West Crane & Rigging Banner and in Alberta under the Stampede Crane & Rigging Banner. The company is part of the TNT Crane & Rigging Group which is headquartered in Houston, Tx. The group represents one of the largest crane service providers in North America. With over 38 branches, the company is known for its exceptional service, state-of-the art equipment, and highly trained staff. Their equipment portfolio spans mobile cranes with lifting capacities up to 1300 tons, crawler cranes, gantry jacks with lifting capacities up to 1200 tons, a variety of forklifts and specialty lifts, and a fleet of stocked rigging trailers.

The Billing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billing.

MAIN DUTIES:

· Customer invoicing
· Work closely with dispatchers for daily collection and processing of job tickets
· Assist sales staff with preparing quotes and sending to customers as directed
· Adhere to corporate and departmental policies and procedures
· Performs other related duties as required and assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

· High School diploma, G.E.D or equivalent
· Previous experience in Billing is an asset
· Transportation/crane industry knowledge and experience an asset
· Advanced computer skills - Outlook, Excel, Word
· Experience with FCC – Fleet Cost & Care an asset or the ability to adapt quickly to a comprehensive computer system.
· Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
· Able to work well under pressure
· Flexible, able to deal with change
· Strong attention to detail
· Very organized, with excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
· Excellent customer service/communication skills
· Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
