Biscuit Packager

The Career Foundation is currently seeking a full-time/part-time Biscuit Packager – Ref #IJ0125244 on behalf of one of our employer partner.

• Location: Brimley and Progress (Close to Scarborough Town Centre, TTC accessible)
• Shifts: Rotating Days and Afternoons or Rotating Afternoons and Nights (No straight shifts)
• Benefits: Weekly Pay, Direct Deposit and 4% Vacation Pay on each cheque

Job Description:

As a vital member of the team, you will manually pack finished baked biscuits into molds, packaging machines, and shippers, while also placing them into trays for secondary processes.

• Load biscuits into packages on secondary process machines.
• Pack finished products into cases and stack cases.
• Place trays or plastic molds onto a moving conveyor for machine packing.
• Load shippers into packaging machines as needed.
• Accurately record production and monitor codes, ensuring correct tallies.
• Follow GMP rules and regulations, including cleaning trays, sweeping floors, and maintaining a tidy work area.
