```Duties```
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and submit invoices to clients
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees
- Generate financial reports and statements as needed
- Assist with year-end tax preparation
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of payroll processing and tax regulations
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
