Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and artists for booking opportunities
- Contact and negotiate with clients and artists to secure bookings
- Coordinate logistics and details of bookings, including contracts, travel arrangements, and accommodations
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client/artist information
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and artists throughout the booking process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new booking opportunities
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Booking Agent or in a related role preferred
- Strong knowledge of the entertainment industry, including music, film, or performing arts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and artists
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using booking software or platforms
