```Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is proficient in accounting software, and has a solid understanding of financial principles.

Duties:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents

- Perform account analysis and reconciliation

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of wages and deductions

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions

- Update and manage spreadsheets

- Reconcile vendor statements and check invoices for pricing and accuracy

- Track job costing for individual events

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or completion of certificate program

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage 50 Premium

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Experience with Excel

- Ability to work with high volume work load

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
