Job Description
75% of Job would be In Office (Langley) and 25% could be remote.
You would work directly under the Senior Bookkeeper & General Manager
Your duties would include but not limited to:
All items related to the accounting department
Daily entries of accounts payable invoice entry into QuickBooks Desktop
Daily entries of accounts receivable. checking using Lightspeed & QuickBooks
Purchase Order review against AP Invoices
Review and respond to all accounting emails
Assist in Payroll Processing
Retrieve required documents to close out monthly end
Assist in tax reporting.
Assist the general manager as needed.
Take on the Human Resources onboarding for new and potential Employees
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Must Have:
Knowledge, confidence & experience using QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks Online
Knowledge, confidence & experience using Outlook, Excel & Word
Knowledge & confidence as a Bookkeeper. Know the basics.
Amazing written & verbal English Skills
Confidence with Technology and learning new programs
Bonus:
Knowledge of Lightspeed
Experience in the Tile Industry
Additional Information
Compensation for this position will range depending upon skills, abilities and relevant knowledge or experience.
Salary Range would be between $58,000 to $ 63,000
In addition, the following perks will apply:
