```Duties```
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare invoices, bills, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
- Assist in payroll processing and maintaining employee records
- Provide general administrative support to the bookkeeping and production team
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an office or bookkeeping role is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and using online computer software such as QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices
