What You’ll Do
- Draft and transcribe legal documents, pleadings and correspondence
- Field and address client inquiries
- Organize meetings and schedule discoveries, trials and other court dates
- Update and maintain files
- Prepare application records and monthly accounts
- Other general administrative duties
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant
- Completion of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program/certificate
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills
- High level of organization with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet competing deadlines
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
