Your key responsibilities will include processing accounts payable invoices, reviewing statements, reconciling transactions, and managing accounts receivable by researching customer issues, processing payments, and following up on unpaid deposits. Additionally, you will update member accounts in coordination with the sales team, process journal entries for the general ledger, and handle administrative tasks such as ensuring timely management reports and leading the month-end close process. You will also collaborate with operational teams to formulate key performance indicators (KPIs), create, and monitor internal controls, and provide various financial and operational reports. Your role is pivotal in maintaining accurate and efficient financial processes, supporting the overall success of the Kaneff Group's golf division.

You need to have at least 1-2 years' experience of property accounting AND/OR experience from retail/hospitality with POS systems, processing credit card transactions, and an understanding of revenue accounting. If you have Yardi experience or a background in property management, that would be idea. You must also have analytical prowess, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling effective collaboration with both team members and stakeholders. If you come from a background in property management, retail, or hospitality sectors such as hotels or restaurants, you'll find your experience particularly relevant here. Beyond skills and experience, your personal attributes-enthusiasm, a keenness to learn, a collaborative spirit, and a motivated, improvement-driven mindset-will make you stand out. Your ambition to excel and make meaningful contributions defines you as the ideal fit for the role.
