Accounting Clerk

National Focus Distribution Logistics Inc. located in Alliston Ontario is looking for a Junior Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team.

Job Responsibilities：

• Send shipping reports to customers
• Process E-Commerce invoices in customers’ portals
• Post EFT and cheque deposits daily
• Process Accounts Receivable payments
• Generate invoices, credit notes and debit notes based on backup documents
• Monitor and follow up with overdue invoices
• Sent proof of delivery, packing slip and bill of lading to customers for collection
• Process invoices for defective deduction from vendors
• Maintain accounting files and records
• Provide other accounting and office support as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable
• College diploma or certificate in Accounting or related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Formulas etc.)
• Previous ERP or Accounting System experience
• Solid analytical skills, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work with a team to establish effective working relationships
