Junior Accountant/Accounting Clerk

We are a growing business looking for a full time junior accountant.. The ideal candidate should have the following qualification and skills:

• Experience in accounting/bookkeeping
• Good communication and writing skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Job responsibilities includes:

• Prepare and post monthly adjusting journal entries
• Assists with annual financial audit
• Creating and posting invoices
• Match, code, verify and post vendor invoices
• Resolve discrepancies and reconcile vendor statements
• Following up on outstanding payments
• Other administrative duties as required

Job types: Full-time, permanent, in person(not remote)

Salary: $35,000 to $48,000 depending on successful candidate's experience and qualifications
