Designfusion is looking to add a Junior Accountant on a 12-18 month contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Support with the full cycle of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Perform various billing/invoicing duties
- Correspond over phone and email with vendors and customers
- Record adjusting journal entries
- Data entry into excel, QuickBooks and other software programs
- Ad-hoc accounting and administrative support
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experience with QuickBooks Online strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- 2+ years of relevant experience in an Accounting/Bookkeeping position
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
