Bookkeeper

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data.

This individual will be assisting the Senior Bookkeeper in overseeing full cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly and annual bookkeeping for various clients in QuickBooks Desktop, Sage and QuickBooks Online.
• Your duties would include recording receivables, payables, processing payroll accurately and on time, preparation and filing of government remittances and reconciliations.
• Preparation and filing of all T-Slips
• You must have your own vehicle as this position would require you to attend client's premises.

Qualifications

• No less than 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online and Sage is essential
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Comfortable with office equipment including a computer, telephone, scanner, calculator, and photocopier
• Highly organized and strong attention to details
