- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and submit invoices to clients
- Calculate and prepare payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines
- Generate financial reports and statements for management review
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks On-line, and Account Edge
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
