Robinson Chevrolet is seeking a bookkeeping specialist to assist in the accounting aspects of the business. We are a small but rapidly growing automotive dealership with a focus on customer service and community involvement.
Job Description
- Assisting with payroll, monthly financial statements and account management
- Reconciling monthly visa statements
- Full-cycle accounting: AP, AR, billing, general ledger etc.
- Working to organize departmental finances and spot any discrepancies
- Answering calls for sales and service departments.
- Work in our DMS (dealer management system) to manage vehicle service and sales
Job Requirements
- Excellent phone and email etiquette
- An accounting background education or work experience or both
- General automotive knowledge will help you in this position but not required (how cars and some of their major parts work)
