Bookkeeper

Robinson Chevrolet is seeking a bookkeeping specialist to assist in the accounting aspects of the business. We are a small but rapidly growing automotive dealership with a focus on customer service and community involvement.

Job Description

• Assisting with payroll, monthly financial statements and account management
• Reconciling monthly visa statements
• Full-cycle accounting: AP, AR, billing, general ledger etc.
• Working to organize departmental finances and spot any discrepancies
• Answering calls for sales and service departments.
• Work in our DMS (dealer management system) to manage vehicle service and sales

Job Requirements

• Excellent phone and email etiquette
• An accounting background education or work experience or both
• General automotive knowledge will help you in this position but not required (how cars and some of their major parts work)
