Bookkeeper

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliation, budgeting, and payroll. Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks is required. Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes - Prepare and process invoices, payments, and purchase orders - Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy - Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting - Process payroll and maintain employee records - Generate financial reports for management review - Maintain accurate and organized financial records - Assist with year-end audits and tax preparations Requirements: - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of payroll processing is preferred If you are a dedicated professional with a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, we encourage you to apply.
