Job Title: Entry Level Data Clerk, Reception & Office Assistant

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday
Location: In office
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr - $20/hr
Summary
This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone with an interest in office and business administration, bookkeeping and accounting.
Purpose of the Position
To perform data entry and clerical duties as relate to accounting/bookkeeping and office administration both for the company and its clients
Requirements & Qualifications
Computer literate with keyboard skills
Mathematically inclined
Communication skills
Proficient with simple business communications using email
Keen attention to detail
Well organized critical thinker
Above basic knowledge of and experience with Excel
Above basic knowledge of and experience with Word
Quick learner
Ability to work within a team and/or independently
Self-directed, works well independently
Willing to do repetitive tasks/administrative/data entry work
Ability to accurately input, update, edit, retrieve, maintain, format and transmit data using a variety of software with a high degree of speed and accuracy
Must live in Regina, SK
Must not require SINP or LMIA
