Data Entry Clerk

ViviGro Sustainable Solutions is a Saskatoon based provider of high efficiency, eco-friendly and biodegradable certified organic and sustainable fertilizers for the agricultural sector. Our system and products help farmers to improve the long-term profitability of their farms by boosting natural soil fertility and reducing their need for synthetic inputs, which also translates in better grains and food products and a more sustainable farming industry.

This Full-Time position is located in Saskatoon, SK.: Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to start immediately. The successful candidate will be very proficient in the Accounting Processes (G/L, AP, AR, Payroll, adjusting JEs). Experience with Quick Books, NetSuite or a comparable system with multiple entities and currencies is also required

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible of:

Responsibilities:

· Inputting and updating data in our database system accurately and efficiently

· Verifying and correcting data to ensure accuracy and integrity

· Identifying and resolving Data Entry errors and inconsistencies

· Performing regular data quality checks to maintain data integrity

· Assisting with data clean-up and maintenance tasks

· Preparing and sorting documents for Data Entry

· Managing and organizing physical and digital data files

· Adhering to all company policies and procedures regarding Data Entry and confidentiality

Qualifications and Experience:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certificates are a plus.
• 2+ years in Data Entry or similar roles
• Familiarity with database software and Data Entry practices.
• Good organizational skills and effective time management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with Netsuite or comparable system an asset
• Experience in agriculture, fertilizer, or manufacturing companies is desirable
