Duties & Responsibilities:
-Empty VLT Machines
-Operate site-controller
-Count and record floats
-Balance change machine to audit reading
-Rebuild floats to set amounts for start of day
-Record any overages/shortages
-Write up deposit and verify to daily site controller report
-Enter data and balance Daily Sales Summaries for all outlets and hotel.
-AR and AP duties
-Adhere to Policies and Procedures; and other duties as assigned by the General Manager/Head Office Accounting Department
MUST HAVE CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND BE BONDABLE
NOTE: This is a Temporary, Part Time position covering a Maternity Leave from early February 2024 until early February 2025. It is primarily weekdays, but training will take place on both weekend and weekdays. There may be the occasional shift on weekends and / or Statutory holidays. There is some flexibility of hours but start time cannot be any later than 9:00am.
This in an hourly position and while there may be some extra hours during the first month for training, after mid March this is a 3 days per week position - approximately 3 hour per day.
