Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. We are a $5M Company.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll:

• Reconcile shop hours in QuickBooks for employees.
• Consolidate and provide by work category project hours weekly to Project Managers.
• Set up new employees in payroll systems.
• Create and issue Records of Employment (ROE's) as required.
• Issue payment to employees.

Bookkeeping:

• Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger.
• Manage vendor and client information within QuickBooks.
• Issue invoices and ensure timely receipt and recording of payments.
• Handle revenue recognition in accordance with established guidelines.
• Perform project job costing to monitor project financials.
• Data entry for AP/AR and Job Costing by work classification.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Cashflow Proforma.
• Proforma invoice statement.
• Prepare and distribute monthly Balance Sheets and Income Statements in QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with 3rd party Tax Accountants and provide necessary documentation.
• Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) processes.
• Create and manage new vendor credit accounts in QuickBooks.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years minimum experience in similar role and industry.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office software.

Compensation will be commensurate with the successful applicant’s strengths and experience as measured by the above description.

Salary range: $24-$40 per hour.
