```Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As the Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a key position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.

Duties:

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling accounts

- Perform account analysis and assist with budgeting activities

- Conduct account reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes

- Utilize accounting software such as Lightspeed to manage financial transactions

- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and generate reports as needed

- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding new hires

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Lightspeed Evo

- Experience with account analysis and budgeting activities

- Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation tasks

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper is required

Salary: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
