Bookkeeper

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has experience with account reconciliation, budgeting, and using accounting software such as Quickbooks.

Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to:
- Recording financial transactions in accounting software
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger
- Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Processing payroll and ensuring timely payment of employee salaries
- Conducting account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of budgeting processes
- Familiarity with payroll procedures and regulations
- Strong analytical skills for account analysis
