Description
Duties:
Responsible for the bookkeeping and financial records of the Provincial Command including General, Poppy and Lottery accounts.
Accounts receivable and payable.
Weekly bank deposits.
Payroll.
Preparation of annual audit.
Reporting and financial reviews.
Assistance with some administrative tasks and branch support.
Candidate:
Must have a working knowledge in Sage 50 and Office.
Post secondary education in accounting.
Knowledge of the organization or a non profit organization is a strong asset.
Must have possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude and be self motivated and able to work independently.
Preference may be given to those within the veteran community.
