```Job Overview```

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring that our financial transactions are recorded correctly and our financial statements are accurate.

```Duties```

- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy

- Conduct bank reconciliations to match bank statements with company records

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks to record financial transactions

- Process payroll and maintain payroll records

- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and following up on outstanding payments

- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures

```Requirements```

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of clerical procedures and record keeping

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
