Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role
- Proficient in accounting software and computers
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume accounts payable invoices and ensure accuracy of information
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and other supporting documents
- Prepare and process payments to vendors and suppliers
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any payment-related issues
- Provide support for audits and other financial inquiries
Reception Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee database and track attendance
- Set up couriers
- Open and distribute mails
- Track business licenses and manage Certificates of Insurance
- Filing
- Order office supplies and order/setup cellphones
- Maintain postage meter
- Other ad-hoc duties
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $19.15-$30.64 per hour
