Bookkeeper - Part Time

Responibilities Include but not limited to:

- Full Cylce Bookkeeping activities using Quickbooks

- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions

- Process payroll and maintain employee records

- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting

- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices

- Conduct account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues

- Utilize Quickbooks software to maintain financial records

- Analyze financial data and provide reports to management as needed

- Assist in invoicing.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in Quickbooks

- Experience in Bookkeeping. Collage or university in accounting is an asset

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
