DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Strive to achieve and exceed the set sales target of $1.5M, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth
- Have in-depth knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel
- Develop month financial summaries, reports and forecasts
- Prepare GST and WCB reporting and remittances
- Regular account reconciliation
- Paying payroll, T4's and source deduction
- Process incoming cheques and out-going invoices
- Communicate with clients and employee's
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering a sense of trust and reliability in our painting services
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company's image and attract potential clients
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years book keeping
- Experience working in with Quickbooks and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or Business diploma
- Organization skills and attentions to details, with the ability to prioritize.
