The Carr Group is looking for an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position
Responsibilities:
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
- Match purchase orders with invoices
- Process A/R and report financial results on a regular basis to management
- Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
- Prepare quarterly & monthly tax returns (not limited to) payroll, operating and business taxes
- Processing payroll
- Monthly account reconciliations
- Other bookkeeping, data entry and filing tasks
- Other tasks/reports deemed necessary and important to site operations.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software of Sage and QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to analyze financial data
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
