Sigma Analytical Services, a leader in quality control testing, is looking for a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our financial records with precision, encompassing all transactions such as purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The successful candidate will ensure our accounting and financial processes are managed with the utmost accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diligently manage accounting and finance requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality, maintain excellent organizational skills, and uphold accuracy in all tasks.
- Communicate effectively, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
- Utilize superior knowledge of QuickBooks Online to maintain and manage financial records.
- Assist in the preparation and development of quarterly and annual reports.
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within a small to medium-sized enterprise environment.
- Exceptional multitasking, reliability, and deadline-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
This is a fully remote, part-time position requiring a few flexible hours of commitment each week.
