```Duties```
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable, and receivable, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and issuing payments for a construction and rental property management company
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Conduct account reconciliation and analysis to identify discrepancies or errors
- Utilize accounting software Sage to record and track financial transactions
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes for several companies
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role (minimum 5 year experience)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software (Sage) and Excel spreadsheets
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Abilty to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
