Bookkeeper - Quickbooks- Midtown

We are looking for new team members to expand our business. The ideal person for this position will have great communication skills and technical knowhow.

This job will involve tasks, including:

• Quickbooks General Ledger
• HST Returns, Filing, Compiling
• Working on multiple Corporate Books - inhouse 2-3 corporations
• Typing Skills - typing test
• Strong Canadian Accounting Skills
• Multi-currency Accounting
• Strong Excel Skills (MUST HAVE)
• Excellent Math skills
• Experience with T2 returns is a nice to have but not a must have
• Quickbooks Proadvisor certification is nice to have

We are looking for candidates with:

About City Vaporizer:

We are an E commerce company located in Midtown Toronto operating out of an office building at Yonge & Eglinton. We have been competing in the online vaporizer market since 2021.

The hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 11 am - 5 pm, with the ability to expand hours as needed.

This is a fully in-office position. This is not a remote position and you must be able to commute reliably to this location.
