```Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, and Sage.
Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors
- Maintain general ledger entries
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
- Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, and Sage
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of account reconciliation techniques
- Familiarity with budgeting processes
