Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing account analysis, and ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial transactions and maintaining general ledgers
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and perform bank reconciliations
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software (QuickBooks and Sage)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct account analysis effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
