Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is proficient in accounting software, and has experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Utilize accounting software (such as QuickBooks) to record and track financial data
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks )
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and payroll processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Candiate: MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION, AND BE ABLE TO PROVIDE A CURRENT CPIC
Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Salary: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
