Bookkeeper

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Assist in Full Cycle Bookkeeping activities using FourGen Software

· Accounts Receivable: Payment collections and reconciliations

· Prepare Weekly Cash Flow Reports

· Assist with data entry, bank reconciliations, and other basic bookkeeping tasks.

· Assist in monthly filings and remittances.

· Assist Over the Counter Sales Desk

· Assist Controller – Job Cost Sheets, Mill Test Reports

REQUIREMENTS:

· 2 years experience in bookkeeping

· College or University degree in accounting is an asset

· Experience with Microsoft Excel and bookkeeping software

· Strong work ethic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Organizational skills and the ability to be flexible in managing changing priorities

· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Maintains Confidentiality of information

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
