Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial real estate bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks software
- Prepare financial reports for management review

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper in commercial real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
