Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. The Branch Administrative Assistant will provide support to Management various departments within the organization and assist with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Conduct research as needed
- Provide administrative support to other team members as requested
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient with computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Customer service-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task and meet frequent demanding deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Demonstrate sound work ethics, honesty, trustworthiness, respect, and flexibility
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable
- Strong proactive and problem-solving skills
