Responsibilities:

• General reception duties such as answering the telephone
• Provide service to customers
• Prepare bank deposits and conduct bank runs
• Assist with accounts receivable and collections
• Assist in managing customer service requests
• Assist in customer billing
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license with acceptable driver abstract,
• Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written,
• Awareness of occupational health and safety and quality of work,
• Must pass the security police check

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Timmins, ON P4N 0A3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
