Brand Ambassador

The Company:

Twin Sails Brewing is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. We have been a part of the Vancouver Craft Beer community for 8 years, leading the way with our unique and evolving brewing styles. We are located in Port Moody BC, and we are looking to add a dynamic, positive, and hard-working person to our team.

The Job:

As a marketing Brand Ambassador for Twin Sails Brewing, you will be working to grow our brand throughout the lower mainland and beyond via social and direct-to-consumer marketing. Your role and responsibilities would include:

Social Marketing

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule with a cohesive brand ethos between posts
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, giveaways, and contests to help drive sales
• Send weekly e-marketing updates on new and upcoming products to accounts

Direct-to-Consumer Marketing

• Work alongside sales reps to plan and execute on-site events and tastings with accounts
• Effectively plan on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to meet goals to increase market share, space allocation and customer service.
• Specifically call on private liquor stores, government liquor stores, restaurants, pubs and any place Twin Sails beer is sold to coordinate tastings and events.
• Build quality customer relationships.
• Identify leads and opportunities to pass along to the sales team
• Train and educate new accounts and staff on Twin Sails and the products they will be selling to consumers.
• Schedule and track calls in CRM
• Participate and represent the brewery at beer festivals, typically held in the evenings and on weekends, throughout the Province,
• Report weekly wins/challenges to management

You:

The ideal candidate would have previous hospitality/marketing experience or individuals with marketing training and a strong desire to work in the beverage sales industry.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be expected to have a regular presence throughout the territory. In addition to being a driver of business. You must be self-motivated, and treat our business like it's your business.

We are looking for an individual who possesses the following skills:

• Passion for customer service, beer and marketing
• Positive personality
• Ability to take direction while working independently and collaboratively
• Organized, thorough, and effective.
• Must be a detail and results-oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills
• A valid driver's licence with a clean driver's history.
• Proficient design skills in Canva, Adobe or comparable software

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
