Breakfast Supervisor

Are you a morning person with a passion for delivering exceptional breakfast experiences? Join our team as a Breakfast Supervisor at O’Brian’s Restaurant & Grill. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to oversee our breakfast service, ensuring a seamless and delightful start to our guests' day.

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and manage daily breakfast operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.

-Supervise breakfast staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

-Monitor inventory levels and place orders for breakfast supplies.

-Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

-Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update breakfast menu offerings.

-Interact with guests, addressing any concerns or special requests.

-Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area.

-the role also involves some serving shifts, hosting, or supervising.

-The role involves hosting / expediting on peak days.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Ability to work early mornings and weekends

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Customer-focused with a positive attitude

- Must be Available to work weekends and holidays

-Must be available from 5.00 am – noon
