Position Overview:We are seeking dedicated Winter Operators to join our dynamic team. This role is vital to ensuring the safety and accessibility of our clients' properties during the winter months. Please note that this position requires availability on-call 24/7 throughout the winter season.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience with equipment, plow trucks, loaders, or tractors.
• AR driver's license with a clear driving record.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending documents and instructions.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate leadership qualities.
• Note: This position is not suitable for students.

- Reading, writing, and comprehension of documents and instruction.

- Good oral communication skills.

- A full G driver's license with a clear driving abstract is a necessity.

- Have minimum 1 year equipment/plow truck/loader/tractor experience.

- Work well with others, and have leadership skills.
