Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

In support of the River Café Group of companies, this position in responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service and attention to detail in creating an exceptional dining experience according to Company procedures.

· Personable and professional presentation and demeanor

· A demonstrated ability to deal graciously with the public

· Excellent communication skills

· A sincere interest in food and wine

· Technical wine and table service

· Strong knowledge of local food ingredients

· The ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 2-3 year’s experience as a server in the food and beverage industry
• ProServe Certification is required
• WSET Level 1 is an asset
• Weekend availability is required. This position is set for weekend shifts, every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am - 5:30pm
