Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Part-Time Weekend Shift Building Attendant. As a Building Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities during weekend shifts from 3 - 11 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections of common areas, including lobbies, corridors, and recreational facilities.
- Conduct chemical testing, monitoring, and balancing of the pool and hot tub to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly and attend to resident inquiries, requests, and emergencies.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks and coordinate with maintenance staff for any repairs or issues that arise.
- Oversee access control systems and ensure adherence to building rules and regulations.
- Monitor and patrol the premises to maintain security and safety for residents and guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Experience with indoor pools and pool testing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 3 - 11 pm.
