Job Title: Retail Customer Service Representative
Job Overview: As a Retail Customer Service Representative at CSR Building Supply, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers both in-store and over the phone. We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who can multitask, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing a positive customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include greeting customers, answering their questions, assisting with purchases, processing payments, and maintaining a clean work area.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services to customers.
Assist customers in selecting products and offer recommendations based on their needs.
Answer customer inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Process payments and refunds accurately and efficiently, utilizing point-of-sale systems.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including stocking and merchandising duties as required.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively assist customers and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
Availability for day shifts from Monday to Friday.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Barrie, ON L4N 6L2.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
