Building Cleaner, Snow Removal & Lawn Maintenance Sub-Contractor

Canadian Fire and Flood is currently looking for a Building Cleaner, Snow Removal & Lawn Maintenance.

We have been around for 15 years. We have contracts all over our area. So the successful applicant will have a valid drivers license, and a (relatively) clean driving record. Good appearance is a must.

Previous Snow Removal and Lawn Maintenance experience is mandatory.

Able to lift at least 50lbs

Daily reports - internet access required

Snow Removal Duties Include:

* Snow Removal from front entrances and walkways when needed
* salting/sanding application when needed
* all supplies will be provided : snow blower, shovels, salt/sand

Cleaning Duties:

* sweep & mop floors, vacuum

* empty garbage & recycling/cardboard

* dust

* clean washrooms & kitchens & garbage room

Snow Removal Hours: Daily, as needed for the months of Nov. - March

Cleaning: 3 days a week - Mon, Wed & Fri - roughly 2hrs/shift, between 8am-5pm

Must be bondable, have reliable transportation and daily internet access
